Taking a Vet to Lunch is a simple and effective way of showing appreciation for the risk and sacrifices that they have made in service of their country. Veterans and friends of Veterans, are invited to come together, talk, play cards or just Eat & Run.

Our main objective is for Veterans to socialize. Let’s convey that our Veterans ALWAYS have someone by their side who will listen to them and support them through whatever life throws their way.

If you have served federal active duty in the United States Armed Forces since December 7, 1941, and have been honorably discharged or are still serving you are eligible for membership in The American Legion. The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest wartime veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow service members and veterans.
